TL;DR: As of Jan. 22, get the Magic: The Gathering Tarkir: Dragonstorm Play Booster Box for market value at Amazon.

Whether you're looking to create some wicked decks or you just want all the cards you can get your hands on, a shiny new box of Magic: The Gathering boosters is always a good idea. They're an even better idea if you can save money. Amazon has another great deal on a booster box you'll want to scoop up ASAP, hailing from the Tarkir: Dragonstorm expansion.

As of Jan. 22, get the Magic: The Gathering Tarkir: Dragonstorm Play Booster Box for $107.94 at Amazon, down from its usual price of $164.70. That's a discount of over $50 and is now at market value compared with TCGplayer.

This booster box nets you 30 packs of Play Boosters from the Tarkir Dragonstorm expansions, with 15 cards in each pack. Packs are comprised of 14 regular cards and one Token or Art card, with 1-4 cards of rarity Rare or higher and 3-5 Uncommon. 6-9 Common, and 1 Land cards. One card of any rarity will be a potential Traditional Foil, with a Traditional Foil land replacing a land in about 20% of the packs.

Released earlier in April 2025, this expansion is all about Magic's plane of dragons and its five clans, with cards like the powerful Ugin, Eye of the Storms and Elspeth, and Storm Slayer to collect. Even if you aren't a collector, this booster box is still a good idea both to add some bulk to what you already have and to help you find some fun rare cards as showpieces.

Regardless of why you decide to buy, you should do it soon, as this booster box will likely sell out fast.
