I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews about not receiving there packages but I took a chance and it worked out I tracked my order from the moment I ordered it even waited outside so they wouldn’t try none I had a lady she came very quickly once she left out ps5 was all in one I had no problems out of her or console I hooked it up and everything is A1 so far

I was very afraid because of the reviews that said they received books in the box and had problems redeeming the game… But I took the risk, and ordered the PS5 and chose to have a Walmart associate bring my order using In Home Delivery with the W membership and arrived the next day, and I am pleased to announce that the PS5 arrived complete, box without dents, all its cables, the game controller, seals in place, we also redeemed the coupon for Call Of Duty Game without problems… a dream come true, very happy!

I loved the fact that the PlayStation not only came on time, but I was able to observe the driver safely put the package on my doorstep, knock (while I hid anxiously) then took a picture of the package and waited until the message was sent through to notify me of its arrival!

This is a gift for my grandson who will be turning 13 this year. He is upgrading from his PlayStation four. I’m hoping that the shipping went well but sometimes people get frustrated and they have a tendency to toss boxes. I noticed because I had a grandchild that worked for UPS and she always talked about how they threw boxes about. I am just curious, is this still able to have Insurance placed on it just in case the delivery may have been rough. The gift won’t be opened until Christmas.

Had no idea what a major upgrade this was over the PS4. No loading screens, better graphics, and the controller is out of this world. Amazing how they put so much technology in the adaptive triggers, and the vibrations feel more realistic. Very pleased, and considering buying another for the room.

It’s superior to all other PlayStations. Graphics, sound, etc. However the “my” PS5 keeps having issues. Just got MK1 for Xmas, just started playing, haven’t gotten through the training when the sound went out, and was just a loud repeating noise! Then the PS5 would t shut off! There are other issues I’ve had as well. Beware…

After reading reviews and someone said they had books in their box and not the PS5, I decided to record myself getting the package and opening it just in case I needed proof. The seal was already opened but everything was in there. If I did have a problem I knew they wouldn’t take it back because of that. I’ve worked retail and have seen this happen too many times.

the stand for the ps5 slim was two plastic holders that was package last and unfortunately i threw one away people just remember before buying this ps5 that it doesn’t stand straight up without a stand
